Synopsis

Synopsis

The use of 37.5 pounds of available P2O5 gave an increased yield of 257 pounds of nuts per acre. Under favourable conditions up to 520 pounds of nuts could be obtained. N alone did not increase the yield of nuts significantly. N reduced the beneficial effect of P when used in combination.
