Synopsis

Synopsis

Nitrogen applied in 4-split applications resulted in higher forage yields, greater uptake of plant nutrients, and more favorable seasonal forage distribution of Coastal bermudagrass than any other type of nitrogen application. Annual spring applications of P and K were more efficient than fall applications or large, single applications at time of establishment.
