Response of Four Winter Wheat Varieties to Nitrogen Fertilization1
- F. C. Stickler and
- A. W. Pauli2
In 7 trials, tendencies for only slight differential varietal response to N (V ✕ N interaction) were noted. The significant interaction for yield noted in 2 trials was attributed to Ottawa's being more responsive to N and Bison less responsive than the other varieties tested. Disease resistance was believed to be an important factor affecting response to applied N.Please view the pdf by using the Full Text (PDF) link under 'View' to the left.
