Abstract

Abstract

Seedlings of Agastache urticifolia (Benth.) Kuntze, Agropyron intermedium (Host) Beauv., Bromus inermis Leyss., and Coronilla varia L. were grown for 8 weeks in growth chambers under incandescent-fluorescent wattage ratios of 0.0, 0.16, 0.31, and 0.47. Growth, as indicated by stem length and dry weight of shoots and roots, was not significantly greater under incandescent and fluorescent lamps than under fluorescent lamps alone.
