Internode Lengths at Different Developmental Stages on Corn (Zea Mays L.)

Internode lengths were measured on six single−cross corn hybrids at development stages 2 to 5.5. Lengths did rot show extreme variability among hybrids and can serve as a means of identifying the stage of plant development before silking.
