Evaluation of the Relative Significance of Sulfur and Other Essential Mineral Elements in Oilseed Rape, Cereals, and Sugar Beet Production
This chapter provides a current overview of mathematical approaches for assessing the nutritional status of a crop, to supply verified algorithms for interpretation and comparative weighting of plant analytical data, and to present a procedure for calculating the sulfur fertilizer demand of oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.). In each case, special attention is given to sulfur nutrition. Please view the pdf by using the Full Text (PDF) link under 'View' to the left.
