Abstract

Abstract

Genetic linkage between the soybean loci Dt1, dt1 (indeterminate, determinate stem growth) and L1, l1 (black, brown pod color) was verified in Linkage Group V and the combined recombination value was 39.4± 1.8%. Linkage Group VI was established as a new linkage group by discovery of linkage between the loci Y11, y1l (normal, deficient chlorophyll) and Df2, df2 (normal, dwarfness) with a combined recombination value of 12.1± 0.7%.
