Molybdenum in Plant Tissues: Analysis by an X-Ray Spectrographic Volume Dilution Technique1

  1. A. A. Theisen and
  2. A. Pinkerton2

A volume dilution method, previously shown to give good good results for the X-ray spectrographic determination of Mn, Fe, and Zn in plant materials, is shown to be suitable for the analysis of Mo in ashed plant tissues. Agreement with chemical determination is good for 10 out of 11 plant tissue samples.
