Abstract

Abstract

A classification triangle (similar to the USDA textural one) is often used to define the chemical classes of water based on anionic and/or cationic composition. The method is laborious. A SAS3 program was developed to do the work rapidly and with high precision. The program was designed for anionic composition, and may be used for cations by changing certain variables.
