Distribution of single-feature polymorphism (SFP) markers. Using the SFPDev method, 1066 SFPs were placed onto all 21 chromosomes. The B genome was the most strongly represented and the D genome had the fewest markers. Chromosome 2 had the highest number of SFPs and chromosome 4 had the fewest. Using the z-function method, 875 SFPs were placed onto all 21 chromosomes. The B genome was the most strongly represented, and the D genome had the fewest markers. Chromosome 2 had the highest number of SFPs and chromosome 4 had the fewest.
